Beason – The hearing on the case of one of two brothers accused of killing a family of five is set for today.

 

 

 

Christopher Harris and his brother Jason are charged with the killing of Rick and Ruth Gee, along with three of their children at their Beason home in 2009. A motion to allow the jury to go to the murder scene will be heard today.

 

 

 

Prosecutors are aiming for a trial date later this month for Chris Harris. No dates have been set yet for the trial of Jason Harris.           Â
