TEUTOPOLIS, Ill. (WAND) - One week ago, the Village of Teutopolis was turned upside down when a crash killed 5 people on Route 40.

Of the victims, Kenny Bryan, 34, Walker Bryan, 10, and Rosie Bryan, 7.

On Saturday, hundreds gathered in Teutopolis to raise funds for the victim's family.

"I'm just amazing how small T-Town is and how big the people's hearts are," said Jeremy Purcell.

Kenny's American Fiber co-workers helped organize parts of Saturday's event. Shelbi Willenborg told WAND News they plan to host a ride every year in memory of Kenny and his kids.

"He was such a good friend," she shared. "He had a huge hearts and he loved his kids."

Willenborg said they plan to start a scholarship fund in Kenny's name.
