DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — The first construction project of the year at the Decatur Airport is underway.
According to a Facebook post from the airport, crews will be making improvements to the airport parking lot over the next several months.
The airport said the parking lot will remain open. The southern entrance to the lot is closed, but the northern entrance will remain open. As the project progresses, the southern entrance will reopen and the northern entrance will close.
Access to the Everyone's East End Grill parking lot will also stay open.
