(WAND) - Millions in grant funding may be heading to a park near you.Â
The Pritzker administration announced Wednesday that $36 million will be awarded to 67 local park projects statewide.Â
Grants were awarded through the Open Space Land Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) program.Â
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources said the Village of Grandview received a $600,000 grant to build an outdoor sports complex. The facility will feature bocce ball and pickleball courts, soccer fields, a basketball court and a walking path.
