BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (WAND) - United Airlines is returning to Central Illinois Regional Airport (CIRA) with multiple daily flights from Bloomington to the Windy City. 

CIRA shared that there will be four daily flights to O'Hare Airport in Chicago from Bloomington, offered seven days a week. 

The new service is set to begin on May 7. 

"The frequent daily service to Chicago will give our regional customers schedule options and access to United's customer experience and robust network of domestic and international destinations, making flying from CIRA more convenient than ever," said CIRA Authority Chair Alan Sender in a statement.

Additionally, tickets will be available beginning Jan. 29.
