URBANA, Ill. (WAND) - A 52-year-old man killed in a shooting in Urbana early Friday morning has been identified.Â
Urbana police were called at 1:48 a.m. to the 1200 block of Ellis Dr. for a shooting.Â
After arriving, they found a man shot. The man, identified by the Champaign County Coroner as Benancio Crowley of Champaign, was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.
UPD said the shooter was in the area when officers arrived.
