The mother of two LeRoy boys, Duncan and Jack Lichtenberg, found dead with their father Michael Connolly last month, is asking the State Judicial Inquiry Board to investigate the conduct of McLean County Circuit Judge James Souk. Souk allowed the father unsupervised visits with the children.
The boys' mother, Amy Lichtenberg, objected, arguing that her former husband had a history of mental illness.
