SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - A car stalled out early Monday in the middle of a Springfield road because of flooding, police said.Â
The vehicle in question was a Dodge Caravan. Police said they responded to the scene at 5:27 a.m.Â
A WAND-TV crew found the flooding in the 1400 block of Winch Road.Â
A towing company was unavailable to move the vehicle at 5:30 a.m., police said. It's unclear if the Dodge has been removed.Â
