A Florida judge has granted bond to a central Illinois woman who was arrested for not allowing her murdered ex-husband's parents visit their grandchildren.

Jennifer Watkins has been in jail since March 15 for defying a court order to allow her daughter to visit the child's paternal grandparents.

According the State-Journal Register, the judge allowed Watkins to be released Thursday on a $1,000 bond.

Her freedom could be short lived, according to an attorney the children's grandparents, Dale and Penny Watkins. Authorities in Florida have not yet served a governors warrant, signed by Governor Pat Quinn, as a means of bringing Jennifer back to Illinois.

Jennifer is charged with nine misdemeanor counts of visitation interference in Illinois.
