A woman is caught allegedly driving the wrong way drunk with her young son.
Just after one this morning, the Macon County Sheriff's Office got a call that someone was driving the wrong way on route 51, just north of Macon. A deputy stopped 26 year old Michelle Harris. Officers say her blood alcohol level was more than two times the legal limit, and she had her five year old son in the vehicle.
Harris faces several charges, including aggravated DUI, endangering the life of a child, and reckless driving.
The child was turned over to a relative. Deputies also arrested a 36 year old passenger from Shelbyville.
