CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - The Illinois women's basketball team is heading on the road, taking a two-game losing streak to University Park to take on Penn State.
The Fighting Illini are coming off back to back ranked losses to #15 Michigan State and #19 Ohio State. The Lady Lions lead the all time series 39-19, but Illinois has won their last three meetings, coinciding with Shauna Green taking over the helm.
Penn State has lost five straight games, most recently falling 105-65 to #9 Michigan.
