SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) -- The Springfield sports legends had their names etched into history the Springfield Sports Hall of Fame inducted its latest class Monday night.

It includes the IHSA's winningest football coach Ken Leonard, who spent 43 seasons at Sacred Heart Griffin bringing home six state titles.

And who could forget Andre Iguodala. His mom, Linda Shanklin accepting on his behalf.

The former NBA finals MVP had his start at Lanphier high school where he led the Lions to second place finish in 2002 and was a top candidate for mister basketball.
