MAROA, Ill. (WAND) -- You'll most likely never hear a coach say there is a good time to lose but there is something to be said about a loss keeping teams from getting complacent.
For Maroa-Forsyth that's exactly how they're approaching this week's Matchup of the Week against undefeated Williamsville.
Each year the Trojans consistently chase perfection but it's far from easy. Now following their first loss of the season the team is using it as motivation to avoid mistakes, be more physical and improve even the small details.
Jostes said the team had one of their longest film study sessions on Monday.
Normally they would look at the next team but he said it's important to be their own critics which has become part of the program's identity.
