DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - We've all heard the song, Tomorrow. The sun'll come out tomorrow; bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow, there'll be sun, etc, etc.  

And the sun will make for an awesome weekend to enjoy anything outside, especially after the few days of clouds and rain we endured. Then again, it is about time.   

There has been just one month this year with above-average precipitation. Do you recall all the storms in July? Even with the tornadoes in March, April, May and June, only July stands out as being overly wet.

So, by all means, take advantage of the sunshine this weekend. Additional storms are brewing, and we so desperately need them. Safe travels if you're headed out early for the Thanksgiving holiday.
