Carle Health Medical Group named 2026 recipient of AMGA Acclaim Award

(WAND) - Carle Health Medical Group has been named the 2026 recipient of the AMGA Acclaim Award.

The American Medical Group Association award honors the work of Health Beginnings, a maternal/child nurse home visiting service that is part of Community Health Initiatives at Carle Health.

The Acclaim Award honors healthcare delivery groups that bring the American healthcare system closer to the ideal delivery model that is safe, patient centered, and efficient.

Since Health Beginnings started in 2017, more than 1,200 families facing hardship have enrolled in services. In 2024, services expanded from Champaign County to Vermilion County.
