DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - Work started Monday on the bridge structure, causing overnight closures of Faries Parkway at Brush College Road in Decatur.
Faries Parkway will still be passable during the day. The jughandle road will stay open.
From 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Faries Parkway will be closed nightly. The nightly closure will last through 5 a.m. on September 19.
During the closure, ADM East plant and other eastbound traffic will need to come from the south and use the jughandle road to travel east on Faries.
Faries will stay open for east and westbound traffic during the day.
Daytime east and westbound traffic on Faries will also be reduced to one lane in each direction in the southernmost lanes starting Tuesday, September 9.
