Help fill plates this holiday season by supporting the Lake Land College food pantry

MATTOON, Ill. (WAND) - Donating for a great cause to feed local families this Thanksgiving.

The Lake Land College Broadcasting Club is officially accepting donations for its 19th annual food drive, running now through Sunday, Nov. 30.

Donations will benefit the Lake Land College food pantry, with donation boxes located around campus in the Luther Student Center, Northwest Building, Library and West Building.

Lake Land College stated in a press release that individually wrapped and non-perishable food items are accepted, with priority items being canned meats and pastas, seasonings and spices.
