CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WAND) - Ahead of the 18th running of the Christie Clinic Race Weekend happening April 22-24, 2027, the theme has been announced. 

Next year's race weekend theme will be "Every Mile Tells a Story." 

Registration is now open. Prices will increase on August 31.

The race also presented its 2027 race poster design. It shows the finish line moments of five participants in 2026. About 1,500 copies of the poster will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend's Health and Fitness Expo which will be April 22-23, 2027.
