Police arrest - handcuffs (C)

PARIS, Ill. (WAND) - A Paris man has been arrested after stabbing another man several times Sunday. 

The Paris Police Department posted on Facebook that it got a call before noon Dec. 28 for a domestic disturbance along West End Avenue. 

Officers arrived to find a 51-year-old man who had been stabbed multiple times. He was taken by ambulance from the scene, and his condition remains unknown. 

After an investigation, Paris police arrested 18-year-old Mason Ross of Paris for aggravated domestic battery. 

Ross is currently being held at the Edgar County Jail.
