DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — Danville Police needs the public's help finding the suspect involved in the shooting death of a 35 year old Champaign man.
Danville Police said, officers were called to the area of Collett and William Streets around 11 p.m. Saturday for a person lying on the ground near the intersection.Â
There they found 35 year old Joseph Jones of Champaign with several gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
Police are asking the public for more information about this shooting.Â
