(WAND) - Bremer ready-to-eat frozen meatballs have been recalled over potential metal contamination.

The USDA said the frozen meatballs were sold at Aldi stores nationwide, including in Illinois.

Batches of the impacted product include Bremer family-size Italian-style meatballs containing roughly 64 meatballs per package, according to the USDA.

The recalled product has a best by date of Oct. 30, 2026.

No injuries have been reported from anyone who has eaten the product.

Those who have purchased the product are urged to throw it away or return it to the store where they bought them at.
