SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - The Springfield Mac Down gets underway this weekend.
Mac Down will take place from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at Erin's Pavilion in Springfield.
This event is a competition to see who can make the best vegan mac and cheese.
Attendees can sample all the creations and then vote for their favorite.
