DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — Two people were arrested after police said they shot at a Decatur Moves van Friday night.
It happened near the intersection of North Portage Place and East Mound Road. That is near the Carriage House apartments.
According to Decatur Public Transit, a Decatur Moves vehicle was shot at shortly after dropping off two passengers.
DPT said the driver was not injured.
The Decatur Police Department said after investigation, both suspects involved were found and arrested.
It is not clear what led to the shooting, or if the two passengers were also the people who shot at the van.Â
WAND News has reached out to DPD for more information, but has not heard back yet.
