DANVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — Police have arrested a suspect in relation to a shooting that left a man in critical condition near Churchill Towers.
Isacc Forest was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Tuesday morning after police say he shot a 30-year-old man on July 5.
Detectives were able to get an arrest warrant after evidence from their investigation gave them probable cause.
Forest has been charged with two counts of aggravated battery/discharge of a firearm, one count of possession of a firearm repeat offender and one count of possession of a firearm/convicted felon.
