DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - New apartments are on their way to Downtown Decatur.
The City of Decatur shared in a Facebook post Wednesday that an agreement was approved to renovate the building at 148-160 E Main Street into apartments.Â
According to the City, the upper floors will be renovated into 10 apartments.Â
The anticipated completion date is late 2027.Â
