DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) — Last week, it was announced that the public would be able to step inside the historic Powers Mansion before the new owner begins restoration.
Norma Fick closed on the mansion last September after a tumultuous summer in which it had to be auctioned a second time when the first buyer could not complete the sale.
