TAYLORVILLE, Ill. (WAND) — Part of Taylorville was placed under a boil order Saturday after a water main break.
According to the Taylorville Police Department, the 200, 300 and 400 blocks of West Main Cross Street are under the boil order.
The department said the order is due to a water main break near the intersection of Webster Street and Main Cross Street.
The boil order will be in effect until sampling can be done "early next week," TPD said.
