DECATUR, Ill. (WAND) - A man has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for shooting and killing two men in March 2023. 

A jury returned a guilty verdict on all six counts against Kahylil Woods in August. 

Woods shot and killed Tamyus Jarrett and Ramone Bass at the 500 block of East Johnson Avenue. Both men were taken to the hospital, where they later died.
